Opportunity
You will work with the Engineering R&D and Production teams to ensure products are well designed ensuring that product improvements and opportunities are fed back into the product and build instructions within the business.
Salary & Benefits
£35,000 and £48,000, private health care, five weeks holiday per year, pension, flexi-time, relocation allowance, flat management structure, dynamic environment, 37.5 hours a week early finish on Fridays.
Responsibilities & Duties
Work with the Mechanical design teams and for the control of standard operating procedures for the assembly and inspection, review of engineering drawings and models to ensure efficient production, experience of using
Solid Works or similar package along with electro-mechanical engineering experience
Able to troubleshoot issues on the shop floor and implementation of both remedial and continuous improvement activities able to offer support to the buying team in driving down cost without compromising on quality strong communicator & mentor as you will be working with a cross section of people across the business
Qualifications and Experience
Engineering qualification and on the job experience in a relevant discipline, 3-5 years or more hands on experience with high tech electro-mechanical would be preferred
